Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on bbbaji. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared across members of the same household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 9. bbbaji reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings generated through accounts found to be in breach of this clause.

We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
bbbaji may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Verification documents may include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, as well as proof of ownership of the payment method used. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the specified time period may be suspended, and pending withdrawals may be held until verification is satisfactorily completed.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bbbaji reserves the right to apply a monthly account maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. Players will be notified before any fee is applied. The account balance will not fall below zero as a result of dormancy fees.
bbbaji accepts deposits via the following Approved Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. All deposits are credited to your account balance in BDT. bbbaji does not accept deposits in any foreign currency. Deposits made via methods not listed on the bbbaji cashier page at the time of the transaction will not be credited and may be subject to a return processing period.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, although individual payment provider limits may apply. bbbaji reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to account balances in real time in the majority of cases. In the event of a technical delay, deposits are credited within two (2) hours. If a deposit is not reflected in your balance within two hours, you should contact [email protected] with the relevant transaction reference number.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds being deposited belong to you, are derived from legitimate sources, and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. bbbaji reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds in connection with its anti-money-laundering obligations. Deposits made from payment methods registered in a name other than your own will not be processed.
Withdrawals may only be made to the Approved Payment Method used to make the most recent deposit on the account. Where multiple payment methods have been used, bbbaji may at its discretion direct the withdrawal to the method most recently used. Withdrawal requests will not be processed to third-party accounts or accounts registered in any name other than the account holder's verified name.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 per request. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within ten (10) minutes for standard requests submitted during normal operating hours. In some cases, particularly where KYC verification is pending or where the withdrawal exceeds a defined threshold, additional processing time of up to forty-eight (48) hours may apply. bbbaji will communicate any delay and its reason to the player via the registered email address.
Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn. Any withdrawal request submitted before the Wagering Requirement has been met will result in the automatic forfeiture of any remaining Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings. Only the real-money portion of the balance at the time of the request will be processed.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available through bbbaji are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between the promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of at least thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Only wagers placed in eligible games contribute to the wagering requirement. Wagers placed in games listed as excluded from bonus play do not contribute.
bbbaji monitors account activity to detect patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedged betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play exposure; use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; and exploitation of errors in the crediting of bonus offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, bbbaji reserves the right to void bonus funds, reverse any associated winnings, and suspend or close the relevant account(s).
Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the account balance without notice and cannot be reinstated.
All casino games available on the bbbaji platform are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Playtech, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Outcomes in these games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independently audited for fairness. bbbaji does not control or influence game outcomes and accepts no liability for losses arising from normal game play.
Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by the specific betting rules published in the bbbaji sportsbook section. In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed odds at the time of bet placement and the correct odds (where an error has occurred), bbbaji reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account balance.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market and are displayed within each game or betting market interface. bbbaji reserves the right to impose individual account-level stake limits where unusual betting patterns are detected.
Once a bet has been confirmed by the player and accepted by the bbbaji system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. bbbaji may cancel a bet — and return the stake — in cases of: manifest pricing error; technical failure affecting the integrity of the game or market; or force majeure events affecting the sporting event in question.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bbbaji platform. Breach of any of these provisions constitutes material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer any part of the bbbaji platform or its content without the prior written consent of bbbaji. Unauthorised use of bbbaji intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
The collection, storage, and use of personal data provided by players in connection with the bbbaji platform is governed by the bbbaji Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. In no event shall bbbaji's aggregate liability to any player arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your bbbaji account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable Bonus Funds subject to an unmet Wagering Requirement) will be returned to you via your registered Approved Payment Method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.
bbbaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: material breach of these Terms; provision of false registration information; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time; suspicious financial activity; or any conduct that bbbaji determines, in its reasonable discretion, poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.
Where an account is terminated by bbbaji for cause, any balance remaining in the account — including both real-money and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited where the termination arises from Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9.
bbbaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bbbaji will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform. The effective date of any revised Terms will be stated at the top of the document.
